| Janet graduated from San Diego State University with a BS in Family Studies and Child Development. She and her husband both grew up in Los Angeles County and attended Claremont High School. After their last duty station at Camp Pendleton 27 years ago, they arrived in the mid-Atlantic to live at Quantico Marine Corps Base with their two young daughters and their Golden Retriever.
Janet worked as an educator and executive assistant prior to receiving her Real Estate license. During her first year in real estate, she was inducted into the Prince William Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club and has continued to be in demand to represent buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia.
Janet's interest in education and dedication to her career as a Real Estate Professional has lead to attainment of multiple certifications and designations. She received the ABR designation -- Accredited Buyer Representative, the CDPE -- Certified Distressed Property Expert, the GRI -- from the Graduate Real Estate Institute, the SFR -- Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, the SRES -- Seniors Real Estate Specialist and the e-PRO -- a rigorous certification program endorsed by the prestigious National Association of Realtors (NAR), enabling her to employ the latest electronic services to better assist her clients. Janet also earned the Military Relocation Certification and specializes in assisting all Active Duty, Retired Military and Veterans and their families buying and selling their homes.
Nothing pleases Janet more than helping her clients achieve their dreams and goals by assisting in successfully locating the perfect home and negotiating the best possible deal for them. There is no job too big or too small that Janet isn't willing to tackle to support her clients. She has an attitude of willingness to serve every client with extreme skill and professionalism.
